Besan 1 cup
Onion 1 big
Tomato 1 big
Green chillies 2
Ginger a small piece
Garlic 2 pods
Mustard seeds 1.2 tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves a few
Cilantro a few
Salt to taste
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Bombay Chutney - Directions:
Heat Oil and add the mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves.
Add finely cut onions and saute till it becomes golden brown.
Add garlic and fry for sometime.
Add finely chopped ginger, tomatoes, green chillies, haldi and salt.
Mix the besan with water to a liquid consistency.
Add this to the onion, tomato mixture in kadai and cook for 2 minutes.
Garnish with cilantro.
