Nimkis - Ingredients:

Wheat flour 1/2 kg
Ghee 2 tbsp
Salt to taste.
Oil for frying
Nimkis - Directions:
  1. Sift the flour with salt.

  2. Rub ghee on to the flour.

  3. Add water to make soft dough.

  4. Roll into thin puris.

  5. Spinkle little flour on each puri fold it to half and then quarter.

  6. Dampen the corner and press.

  7. Fry in oil.
