Eggs 4
Butter 2 tbsp
Onion finely chopped 1
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Garlic cloves finely chopped 2
Green chillies finely chopped 2
Tomato finely chopped 1
Salt to taste
Mint (pudina) a few
Green coriander a few
Akoori - Directions:
Heat butter in a frying pan, add chopped onion and fry until golden brown.
Add cumin seeds, garlic and green chillies, fry for a minute and then add tomatoes, mint springs and green coriander springs.
Mix in the whisked eggs and cook over a medium heat until they become light .
Serve immediately.
