ANARDANA CHICKEN - Ingredients:

Ingredients :

Chicken - 500 gms

Onion - 2 big

Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp

Chili powder - 3 tsp

Coriander powder - 2 tsp

Turmeric powder a pinch

Garam Masala - 1 tsp

Anardana powder - 1 1/2 tsp

Lime juice - 3 tsp

Oil - 2 tsp

Salt 

Coriander leaves 
ANARDANA CHICKEN - Directions:
  1. Method:

  2. 1.Take a pan heat the oil,add onion and saute till it turn brown color.Add ginger-garlic paste and fry it for few mins.

  3. 2.Add chicken pieces,add all powders except anardana powder.Fry in low flame for 2 mins.

  4. 3.Keep it in simmer,cover with lid.Cook for another 10 mins.Now add anardana powder and stir it well.

  5. 4.Cover it and cook for another 10 mins.Add lime juice before removing from fire.

  6. 5.Finally garnish with coriander.
