Andhra Fish Curry - Ingredients:

Chepalu  1 kg	
Turmeric	1 tsp
Mustard seeds	1 tsp	
Coriander powder	1tbsp
Cumin seeds	1tsp	
Fenugreek powder	1/4 tsp
Curry leaves	2 stalk	
Oil	3 or 4 tbs
Chopped Onion	2 	
Thick tamarind pulp 4tbsp
Chopped Tomato	1 	
Water	2 cup
Slit Green chillies 3 nos
Salt	to taste
Red chili powder  2 tbsp		




Andhra Fish Curry - Directions:
  1. Clean and slice fish into desired pieces.

  2. Heat oil in big flat vessel and put mustard and cumin seeds.

  3. When they start spluttering, add curry leaves, onions and fry till onions become soft.

  4. Put tomatoes and saut well till oil separates. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek powder and salt to taste. Saut well for few seconds and add tamarind pulp and water.

  5. Check seasoning and add fish pieces. Cook in medium heat till fish pieces are soft and the gravy thickens.
