Arrow root Idli - Ingredients:

Arrow root 1/2 kg
Black gram 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Arrow root Idli - Directions:
  1. Soak dal for an hour and grind to fine paste.

  2. Add arrow root powder and salt and mix well.

  3. Allow to ferment.

  4. Make idlis.
