Ayala Pollichathu - Ingredients:

Ayala Fish  5

For Masala 

Turmeric powder  1 tsp
Garlic  10 flakes
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Big Onion chopped  2 cups
Ginger sliced  2 tbsp
Garlic sliced  2 tbsp
Green Chilly cut into round slices  2 tbsp
Turmeric powder   1 tsp
Pepper powder   1 tsp
Salt to taste.
Vinegar  3 tbsp
Ayala Pollichathu - Directions:
  1. Clean the ayala fish and marinate the fish in lemon juice and keep aside.

  2. Grind together the second set of ingredients and marinate on the fish.

  3. Fry fish in oil.

  4. Fry big onion slices, ginger, garlic slices and green chilly.

  5. Add turmeric and pepper powder and the vinegar to this and fry for some more time.

  6. Serve hot with rice.
