Banana Fry - Ingredients:

Raw Bananas 2 
Jeera 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1 tsp
Jeera Powder 1/4 tsp
Corriander Powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tsp
Corriander Leaves few
Salt to taste
Oil/Ghee
Banana Fry - Directions:
  1. Remove the cover from the bananas and cut them into medium sized pieces

  2. Heat oil/ghee and add jeera to it.

  3. Once jeera sputters, add the chopped bananas

  4. Add red chilli powder, jeera powder, corriander powder, turmeric powder and castor sugar

  5. Mix well and cook till bananas are cooked completely

  6. Add Salt and finely chopped corriander leaves for garnishing
