Bean Soup - Ingredients:

red kidney beans 1 cup
onions, chopped 2
tomatoes, chopped 4
garlic cloves  3
chili powder 1/2 tsp.
lemon juice   1 tsp.
oil  1 tbsp.
Salt  to taste 
Bean Soup - Directions:
  1. Soak the beans overnight. Drain thoroughly.

  2. Heat the oil, add the onions and cook for 3 minute.

  3. Add the tomatoes, garlic, chili powder and salt and cook again for 3 minute.

  4. Add the beans and 6 cups of water and cook in pressure cooker. Blend in a blender. Do not strain. Add the lemon juice.

  5. Serve hot
