Beans curry - Ingredients:

Fresh green beans  1 kg
small tomato 1 
grated coconut 1/4 cup
moong dal  5 tsp.
Chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste.
Beans curry - Directions:
  1. Trim both ends of the beans and cut them into small pieces.

  2. Steam them in a pressure cooker in auntil half- boiled.

  3. Heat 2 tsp of oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds.

  4. When it splutters, add the tomato and fry well.

  5. Add the steamed beans-dal,salt and chilli powder.

  6. Stir until fully cooked.

  7. Add grated coconut, mix and heat for 1 min.
