Beans Moloshyam - Ingredients:

Moong dal  1/2 cups
Beans  1 cup
Green chilly  2
Cumin seeds  2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Coconut grated 1 cup 
Cooking oil  1 tbsp
Urad Dal  1 tsp
Mustard  1 tsp
Curry leaves  a few
Beans Moloshyam - Directions:
  1. Cook dal and keep aside.

  2. Grind coconut, green chilly and cumin seeds to get a fine paste. Keep aside

  3. Cook beans with enough water. When almost done add dal and coconut paste,mix well and cook on medium flame for about 5 minutes.

  4. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard and when they crackle

  5. add urad dal and fry for a while. Add this to the moloshyam.

  6. Garnish with curry leaves and serve hot with rice.
