Beef Masala - Directions:
Slice onion and green chillies into thin slices.
Chop garlic. Slice beef into two slices lenghwise and then slice into half inch pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and fry minced garlic till browned.
Add onion and green chilly and fry till almost browned.
Now add beef pieces and all other ingredients and saute on medium heat until beef pieces is cooked.
Top with chopped cilantro and serve hot with rice .
