Bittergourd 1 chopped finely
Onion 2 big chopped finely.
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Tamarind juice 3 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
oil 1 tsp
curry leaves a few
Salt to taste
Bittergourd Pickle. - Directions:
Heat a kadai and season mustard with curry leaves.
Fry onion and bittergourd together by adding salt,chili powder,for 5 minutes.
Add water to it and cook till the gravy is thick.
Add tamarind juice and boil for 2-4 minutes.
Serve with roti or rice.
