Urad dhal 2 cups
Pepper coarsely powdered 1 tsp
Green chillies 2
Coconut 2 tsp finely chopped
Curry leaves a few
Hing a small pinch
Salt 3/4 t.spoon
Oil for frying
Bonda - Directions:
Soak urad dhal in water for half an hour. Wet grind urad dhal ,green chilles, and salt finely.
Add pepper, hing , coconut,and curry leaves to this.
Make small balls and deep fry in oil.
