Brinjal Fry - Ingredients:

Brinjal     kg
Chilly Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt as to taste
Pepper  1 tsp
Ginger  1 small piece
Garlic 2 pieces
Small Onion  2
Oil  1 cup
Brinjal Fry - Directions:
  1. Cut Brinjal into round pieces of 1/4" thickness.

  2. Wash and drain them in water and keep aside.

  3. Grind the second items to a fine paste and marinate the brinjal pieces.

  4. Keep it for sometime.

  5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the brinjal pieces like you do for fish fry.
