Brinjal Pakoda - Ingredients:

big  brinjals cut lenght wise 2 
gramflour 200 gm 
rice powder 50 gm 
red chilli powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
water A cup 
oil  250 gm 
Brinjal Pakoda - Directions:
  1. Make a thick batter with gram flour, rice powder, red chilli powder, salt and water.

  2. Keep this batter for 15 min.

  3. Heat the oil in a pan.

  4. Beat the batter finely and take a slice of brinjal and dip in batter & deep fry.

  5. Serve after removing excess oil with paper or cloth.
