Cabbage Paratha - Ingredients:

wheat flour  250 gms 
cabbage  200 gms 
grated coconut  1/4 cup 
mustard seeds  1 tsp 
green chilies, chopped  6 
Salt to taste 
Oil as required
Cabbage Paratha - Directions:
  1. Boil the cabbage in salted water for few minutes or until

  2. tender.

  3. Remove water and keep aside.

  4. Add grated coconut, green chilies to the cabbage and mix

  5. well.

  6. Heat oil in a pan, fry mustard seeds along with cabbage mixture for some time.

  7. Remove and keep aside Mix flour with salt and knead to smooth dough using water.

  8. Make small balls from the dough and roll into thin chapathis.

  9. Place the cabbage curry in the center of it, spread the

  10. curry and cover with another chapathi. Paste the edges with water.

  11. Fry on a pan until golden brown on both sides.

  12. Repeat for other balls and serve hot.
