Cabbage 250 gms
small Onion 50 gms
Green Chili 3
Coconut grated 1/2
Oil 1 tbsp
Mustard seed 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder a pinch
Curry Leaves a few
Cabbage Thoren - Directions:
Grind coarsely coconut with two onion and greeen chilies.
Chop finely cabbage and onion.
Heat oil in a pan fry mustard , dal.
When Mustard splutters add cabbage and onions chopped.
Fry for some time.
Sprinkle a little water, salt and turmeric and cook on low fire.
When cooked add grounded coconut.
Stir well and remove from fire
