Cabbage Vadai - Ingredients:

Urad dal 1 cup
Cabbage 1
Salt to taste
Cabbage Vadai - Directions:
  1. Soak urad dal for 1 hour and grind into a thick fine paste.

  2. To this add finely chopped cabbage. Add salt and mix well

  3. Take a plastic sheet of paper and put even sized balls of this and flatten it.

  4. Deep fry this in boiling oil. Turn over until golden brown in colour

  5. Serev with white coconut Chutney.
