Capsicum 1
Tomato 1
Green chillies 4
Coriander leaves a few
Urad dal 1 tsp
Chana dal 1/2 tsp
Dhania powder 1 tsp
Garlic 3 flakes
oil 1 tbsp
Tamarind small gooseberry size
Salt to taste
Capsicum chutney - Directions:
Fry urad dal,chana dal into light brown in color.keep it a side in a bowl.Then fry green chilli with oil.
Cut tomata and capsicum into pieces.
Fry it in the same pan.
Grind urad dal,chanadal,coriander powder ,green chillies,garlic,salt and tamarind into paste.
Then add cooked capsicum and tomato, coriander leaves to it .
Grind it into fine paste.
season with mustard seeds,cumin seeds curry leaves ,crushed garlic and turmeric.
Serve with idli or dosa.
