Capsicum Fry - Ingredients:

Capsicum cut in big pieces 1 cip
gram flour 1 tbsp
Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 3 tbsp
Mustard 1 tsp
Capsicum Fry - Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan .Add mustard to it .

  2. When the mustard start bursting add capsicum,chilly powder,Turmeric,Salt.Saute for a while

  3. When it is nicely fried add gram floor and fry for another 5 minutes.

  4. Serve it hot.
