Carrot burfi - Ingredients:

Carrots   1 kg
Milk  2 1/2 cups 
Sugar  1 1/4 cup 
cardamom powder  1/2 tsp 
Chopped cashew nuts  10
almonds   2 tsp
Ghee  1 tsp
Carrot burfi - Directions:
  1. Grate the carrots.In a saute pan cook the grated carrot with milk and saffron.

  2. After it is cooked and gets to thicken, add sugar,cardamom, nuts in low flame and remove from heat.

  3. Grease a plate with ghee and pour this, cut into burfis.
