Carrot 1 cut to cubes
Tomato 1 cut to cubes
Salt to taste
Urad dal 1 tbsp
Channa dal 1 tbsp
Cilantro chopped 2 tbsp
small Onion 5
Green chilly 4
Coconut 1 cup
Cooking oil 1 tbsn
Carrot Chammanthy - Directions:
Heat oil in a pan and fry urid dal and channa dal till golden brown. Remove and keep aside.
In the same pan add onion tomato green chilly and cilantro and fry till raw smell of onion goes.
Grind all ingredients together to get a fine paste without adding water.
Serve with hot Dosa or Idli.
