Carrot Kichadi - Ingredients:

curd  2 cups
grated carrots  1 cup
minced green chilly  1
oil  1 tsp
red chilly 1
mustard seeds  a pinch
curry leaves a few
salt to taste
Carrot Kichadi - Directions:
  1. Mix curd, grated carrots, minced greenchilly and salt to tate.

  2. Season the red chilly ,mustard seeds and curry leaves in oil and

  3. pour over the kichadi and mix.

  4. Serve cold with rice or rotis.
