carrot 100 gms
green chillies 1
grated coconut 2 tsp
Lime 1/2
chopped coriander leaves a few
Salt to taste
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Urad dal 1/2 tsp
Moong dal 1/2 tsp
Carrot Kosumalli - Directions:
Grate carrot finely. Add finely chopped green chillies,coconut salt.
Splatter mustard seeds,urud dal,moong dal and roast.
Add this to carrot.
Extract juice from lime,add coriander leaves and mix well.
Serve with rice. It can remain for a week if kept in refridgerator.
