Carrot Payasam - Ingredients:

Carrot 150 gms
Sugar 50 gms
milk 2 cups
Moong dal 1 tsp
Cardamom powdered 1
Cashew 4
Raisins 4
Ghee 1 tbsp
Carrot Payasam - Directions:
  1. Finely chop the Carrot and cook it and grind to a smooth paste.

  2. AddSugar and milk in a pan and cook with Carrot paste.

  3. immer for a few minutes.

  4. Roast the dried grapes and cashew in a little ghee.

  5. Add cardamom and coconut milk.
