Carrot Thayir pachadi - Ingredients:

Fresh carrots 4 
curd (sour) 2 Cups 
Onion 1  
Mustard seeds 1 tsp 
Green chillies 4 
Ginger 1 
curry leaves Few 
Hing 1/2 tsp 
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Carrot Thayir pachadi - Directions:
  1. Peel the carrots and grate it .

  2. Chop onion and ginger.

  3. Heat the oil.

  4. Add mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves.

  5. Now add chopped ginger, onions and green chillies.

  6. Mix grated carrots and salt.

  7. Stir it.

  8. Cook it over the medium flame for 5 minutes.

  9. Add curd and mix it.

  10. Serve it chilled.
