Carrot Vadai - Ingredients:

kadala  1 cup
grated carrot  1 cup
finely chopped onions  1/2 cup
green chillie  finely chopped   1
Carrot Vadai - Directions:
  1. Grind kadala into a fine powder.Grate carrots finely.

  2. Finely shop onions and chillie.Add these to the kadala powder and mix..

  3. Using this flour, make small balls, flatten it and drop them in boiling oil.

  4. Turn over until they turn golden brown on all sides and become crisp.

  5. Serve immediately with tomato sauce or chutney
