Cauliflower Pulav - Ingredients:

Basmati Rice   3 cups
Cauliflower  1
Potatoes  3
Garlic paste  1 tsp.
Ginger paste  1 tsp.
chopped Green Chillies 4
Vegetable  Oil  1/4 cup
Turmeric powder 1 tsp.
chopped Onions   3
chopped Tomatoes  3
Salt to taste 


Cauliflower Pulav - Directions:
  1. Fry rice in vegetable oil lightly and pressure cook.

  2. Clean Cauliflower and boil it. Cut Potatoes into small pieces and fry them in oil.

  3. Heat oil in a pan and add chopped Onions, ginger garlic paste & chopped tomatoes.

  4. Fry them along with turmeric powder, chili powder & garam masala and green chilies and mix them. Add salt to it.

  5. Add boiled cauliflower and finally, mix them with boiled rice. Add fried potatoes.

  6. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it hot.
