Cauliflower Soup - Ingredients:

cauliflower  250 grams
small chopped onion 1
skim milk   3 cups
butter  1 tsp.
Salt  to taste
Pepper to taste 



Cauliflower Soup - Directions:
  1. Put the cauliflower, milk and 3 cups of water in a vessel and bring to boil.

  2. When cooked, blend in a mixer and strain.

  3. Heat the butter and cook the onion for 1/2 minute.

  4. Add the soup and boil for 5 minutes.

  5. Add salt and pepper.

  6. Serve hot.
