Cauliflower Thoran - Ingredients:

Cauliflower   1 no
finely chopped Onion   1  
Green chillies   4 nos
Curry leaves a few 
Oil   4 tbsp
Dry red chillies  2 nos
Mustard seeds   1 tsp
Coriander powder   1 tsp
Ginger  1 piece
Salt to taste
Grated coconut   1/2 cup
Turmeric powder   1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves a few	
Cauliflower Thoran - Directions:
  1. Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.

  2. Season mustard seeds and saute dry red chillies.

  3. Add onion, ginger and green chillies and saute, till the onion turns brown.

  4. Add grated cauliflower and curry leaves.

  5. Add salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder.

  6. Cover the pan and cook on a low flame.

  7. Remove the lid after 10 mins and mix well.

  8. Keep stirring, until all the water drains.

  9. Add grated coconut and mix well.

  10. Serve with rice.
