Channa Curry - Ingredients:

Bengal gram 1 cup
Tomatoes 3 
Oil 3 tbsp
Red Chillies 4
Cardamom 3
Cinnamon 1 small piece.
Cloves 3
Big jeera 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Garlic 1 pod
Small onion 5
Coriander leaves a few.
Channa Curry - Directions:
  1. Grind red chilli ,coriander seed,garlic,cardamom,cinnamon,Cloves, big jeera and small onions.

  2. Soak bengal gram in water in water overnight with a pinch of soda.

  3. Cook the gram with salt.

  4. Heat oil and fry masala.

  5. Add tomatoes.

  6. Fry tomatoes for sometimes and add bengal gram and two cup of water and salt.

  7. Put on low fire for some time.

  8. Add coriander leaves chopped and remove from fire.
