Cheedai - Ingredients:

rice flour 1 cup  
urad dhal flour 3 tsp.
water 8 Tbsp.
coconut (shredded) 3 tsp.
salt 1/2 tsp.
asafoetida (powdered) 1/8 tsp.
cumin seeds 1/2 tsp.
oil 1 1/2 cup  
 

Cheedai - Directions:
  1. Dry fry rice and urad dhal flour separately over medium heat and mix with next

  2. 5 ingredients to make the dough.

  3. Make the dough into small balls (about the size of marbles) and deep fry in oil.

  4. Many balls can be fried at a time. When golden brown take out with a slotted spoon.
