Chekkalu - Ingredients:

Rice flour 2 Cups 
Bengal gram 4 tbsp 
Ground nuts 2 tbsp 
Green chilies paste 2tsp 
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Chekkalu - Directions:
  1. Mix rice flour, ground nuts, roasted Bengal gram, salt and chilli paste, mix well.

  2. Add water and mix to make stiff dough.

  3. Make lime sized balls from the dough.

  4. Now flatten each ball into a circle using your fingers and palm.

  5. Heat oil in a deep frying pot and deep-fry them until golden brown.

  6. Store in an airtight container.
