Chemeen Theeyal - Ingredients:

Prawns(Chemmeen) 250 gm
Small onions cut lenghtwise 400 gm
Green chillies slit lenghtwise 6  
Fenugreek powder(Uluva)  A pinch
Coriander powder  2 tsp
Red chilly powder  3 tsp
Turmeric powder  A pinch
Tamarind  As required
Curry leaves   A few
Coconut oil   4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Chemeen Theeyal - Directions:
  1. Cut small onions and green chillies.

  2. Heat oil in a pan and add prawns, onions, green chillies & curry leaves.

  3. Fry well, till onion turns light brown.

  4. Add fenugreek,coriander,chilli and turmeric powder and mix well.

  5. Add salt, tamarind juice and 2 cups of water.

  6. Cook, till the gravy thickens
