Basmati Rice 2 cups
Carrot 1
Egg scrambled 2
Ground Pepper 2 tbsp
Soy sauce as needed
Boneless skinless chicken 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tsp
onion 1
Chicken Fried Rice - Directions:
Cook the rice seperately.
Chop the carrot.
Scramble egg.
Cook chicken for 20 minutes and shred it.
In a kadai add little butter add ginger garlic paste and fry the shredded chicken
Remove the chicken from kadai now add little more butter fry the chopped carrot with salt and pepper.
Similarly fry the onions with little butter and keep aside.
Now in the same kadai fry the rice ,little soy sauce and add the fried chicken, scrambled egg, carrot and onions and fry all together(add salt and pepper as needed).
Blend together so that all get mixed up finely.
Serve hot with raithas, pickles or salads
