Chilli Gobi - Directions:
Mix the all purpose flour, ginger garlic paste, salt, chilli powder to make a paste.
Add the cauliflower to the paste and let it for 45 minutes
Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the cauliflower
Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the onions, ginger and garlic pieces, cut green chillies.
Add the vinegar
Add the fried cauliflower pieces to the boiling mixture.
