Chinese fried Prawns - Ingredients:

Prawns 250 gms
Maida 1.5 cup
Corn Flour 1.5 cup
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Celery minced 2 tsp
Pepper 1.5 tsp
Salt to taste
Chinese fried Prawns - Directions:
  1. Clean prawns and drain.

  2. Soak in salt and soya sauce for half an hour.

  3. Sieve flour,bakking powder,salt .

  4. Add water to make thick batter.

  5. Dip prawn one by one and fry till golden brown.
