Chola Puri - Ingredients:

Maida 3 cups
Curd 1/4 cup
Chola Puri - Directions:
  1. Mix maida with curd and cover and leave it for 2 hours.

  2. Make into smooth dough.

  3. Round even sized balls.Flatten the balls to puri

  4. Deep fry this in oil till the poori pops fully and then remove it from the frying pan.
