CHOW MEIN - Ingredients:

Ingredients:

4-6 Spring Onions

1 pkt of egg noodles

1 tsp dark soy sauce

1 tsp soft light brown sugar

1 garlic clove

Handful bean of sprouts

1/2 Red pepper

100g sugar peas

1006 mushrooms

2 tsp of rice vineger

1 tsp sesame oil

100g baby corn
CHOW MEIN - Directions:
  1. Method:

  2. 1. While the noodles are cooking, in a large frying pan heat the oil.

  3. 2. When it is almost smoking, add the baby corn, sugar peas, garlic, mushrooms and red pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes

  4. 3. Then add the spring onions, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots and cooked noodles. Stir-fry for 30 seconds.

  5. 4. Now add the sugar, soy sauce and rice vineger. Stir-fry for about one minute until the noodles are heated.
