Coconut Cake - Ingredients: 

Butter 1 kg
Sugar 3/4 kg
All purpose flour 3/4 kg
Rava 1/4 kg
egg 8
Coconut well ground 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Coconut Cake - Directions:
  1. cream the butter,sugar,rava to fine paste(it should not be watery)

  2. Beat egg .Add to creamed butter.

  3. Add flour then ground coconut and then essence.

  4. Bake for 1 hour.
