Sugar 1 1/4 cup
Water 1/2 cup
coconut (grated) 1 1/2 cup
almonds 2 Tbsp.
Oval-tine 3 Tbsp.
dry milk (powder) 3 Tbsp.
condensed milk 2 Tbsp.
melted butter 1 tsp.
Coconut Chocolate Burfi - Directions:
Mix sugar with 1/2 cup of water in a saucepan to make a syrup aver medium heat.
When it comes to a stringy consistency, add coconut, almonds, Oval-tine, milk powder
and condensed milk. Keep stirring.
When it becomes sticky, add the butter. When it comes to a thick consistency, remove from heat and pour it on a greased pan. When cool, cut into small pieces.
