Coconut Dosa - Ingredients:

Long Grain Rice 1 Cup
Grated Coconut   Cup
Salt to Taste 
Oil  as required
Coconut Dosa - Directions:
  1. Soak rice for 6 hours.

  2. Grind rice and coconut together to a very fine mixture.

  3. Add water if required while grinding.

  4. Make the batter considerably thin.

  5. Add salt and mix well.

  6. Prepare dosas.
