Coconut Mutton - Ingredients:

Mutton, cleaned & cut 500gms
small Onions finely chopped 2
small Tomatoes finely chopped   2
Oil  2 tbsp.
Salt to  taste
Coconut, grated & fried  1/2
small Onion, chopped & fried  1
Red chilies  15 
Coriander seeds  1 tbsp.
Cumin seeds  1/4 tsp.
Methi  A small pinch
Pepper  8 pieces 
Poppy seeds  1 tbsp.
Cinnamon sticks 2  
Cloves  2
Garlic paste 1 tsp.  



Coconut Mutton - Directions:
  1. First fry all the Masala Ingredients and then Grind to paste

  2. Heat oil in a vessel and fry the chopped onions till red, then add the mutton and fry for a while.

  3. Then add the ground masala, salt, chopped tomatoes and boil until mutton is cooked. Remove and serve hot.
