Coppari Podi - Ingredients:

Copra  2
Dried red chilli  50 gm
Garlic 1
Coriander seeds     1 tsp
Salt  to taste

   

 

Coppari Podi - Directions:
  1. Grate copra.Peel garlic.

  2. Heat a frying pan and saute copra without adding oil.

  3. Fry dried red chilli, coriander seeds.

  4. Powder these fried items coarsely.

  5. Add garlic, salt and grind.

  6. Serve with rice or used as a side dish for idli.
