coconut, grated 1
onions chopped 2
coriander leaves chopped a few
green chillies minced 4
rice flour 1 cup
baking soda A pinch
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Coriander Balls - Directions:
Combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Shape into small round balls .
Bring the oil to smoking point and deep fry the balls till crispy.
Drain and serve hot withe tomato ketchup.
