Coriander Mint Chutney - Ingredients:

1 bunch  Coriander leaves
1 bunch  Mint leaves
Green chili 2
tamarind juice 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water 4 cup
medium Onion 1



Coriander Mint Chutney - Directions:
  1. Wash and soak tamarind in water for 1/2 hour. Clean,pick and wash the coriander and mint.

  2. Grind coriander, mint, green chili and onion into a fine paste.

  3. Add the tamarind juice and salt. Blend well.

  4. In an airtight jar this can be refrigerated for up to one week.
