Coriander Rice - Ingredients:

Rice Soaked and Steamed 1 cup 
Green Peas 1/4 cup 
Carrot 1/2 cup 
Beans 1/2 cup 
Coconut scrapped 1/2 cup 
Fresh Coriander  chopped 1 cup 
Mustard 1 tsp 
Green Chilli chopped 4 
Ginger small piece chopped
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tbsp 
Lemon 2 
Coriander Rice - Directions:
  1. Cut the vegetables lengthwise and steam.

  2. Grind the coconut,coriander,ginger and green chilli into a paste sprinkling few drops of water.

  3. Heat Oil in a Kadai.Add Mustard,after it splutters then add Grinded paste.

  4. Fry for 5 minutes,then add the steamed vegetables and salt.

  5. Cook for another 5 minutes and the gravy all mixed together.

  6. Switch off the gas and add lemon juice as per ur taste.

  7. Mix well with Rice.

  8. Serve hot with raita .
