Corn Puttu - Ingredients:

Corn Flour 3 cups
Salt to taste
Coconut grated 1 cup
Corn Puttu - Directions:
  1. Mix Corn flour with salt and just enough water so that the flour is not stick.

  2. Take a chiratta puttu maker.

  3. Pour little coconut and above it add the corn flour .

  4. In the top again pour coconut.

  5. Close the puttu maker and steam it for 10 mins using Pressure cooker for each puttu.
