Cucumber Kichadi - Ingredients:

Cucumber 250 gms
Coconut grated 1/2
Mustard seed 1 tbsp
Green chilli 4
Red chilli 1
Curry leaves a few
Curd 1 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Oil 1 tsp
Cucumber Kichadi - Directions:
  1. Grind to fine paste coconut gratings with green chili and 1/2 tbsp of mustard seeds.

  2. Mix with curd and keep aside.

  3. Cut cucumber to 1/2 inch pieces.

  4. Heat water in a vessel with water and add cucumber to it.When cooked add the curd mixture.

  5. Season with mustard,red chili and curry leaves.
